Talaba

Talaba or Oyster is one of Capiz Delicacies.Any sea bivalve mollusk of the Family Ostreidae, usually found attaching to stones or other set things in short water along the seacoasts, or in brackish water in the mouth of waters. A name generally given to the gentle morsel of black meat included in a small hole of the cuboid on each side of the lower part of the back of a chicken. A light bravo shade colored with greyish or white, like that of an oyster.
